Simple Factory Game

ABOUT THIS GAME:

Step into the shoes of a factory manager responsible for maintaining the flow of production in a free market economy! You have one task: keep the business out of bankruptcy.  Embrace your freedom to choose what, where, and how much you want to produce to lead our company to prosperity.

Unleash your wildest dreams by creating a massive web of machines. Place nodes, plan your layout, and design the ultimate factory. Just watch out not to turn your artistic vision into a management nightmare once the production scales up!

In order to stay competitive and ensure your position on the market, you need to keep up with technology.

Not all production lines are created equal. Experiment with different factory layouts, assign workers, and choose the right manufacturing modules to turn raw materials into cold, hard cash.

TUTORIAL:

W	up
S	Down
A	Left
D	Right
E	Turn on/off building mode
Space	Pause the game time
Esc	Open pause menu

Building mode:  if you want to connect certain machines to create a production line you need to enter the building mode (press E) and then drag and drop the lines from the beginning to the point of interest.

NOTE: If you can't connect two machines, that means they are incompatible.

Machine operates on 4 states which are presented below:

                          

To start any production, assign a worker to a station and let them prepare it. After that, you need to provide the machine with the components essential for production (Specific production lines are listed in the BOM).

NOTE: Each time you take worker elsewhere the preparation  stage needs to be repeated.

CURRENT STATE:

The game is a prototype. While all the main mechanics are present and fully functional, some aesthetic elements like SFX are currently missing. Since it's an early build, you might also encounter some bugs. Play it, test the systems, and let me know what you think in the comments!
